Marketing Communications Manager - Maternity CoverRole SummaryMarcomms Manager required for 12 month maternity cover ideally commencing beginning of June. As an experienced marketing/communications person you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a full range marketing communication activities within a B2B environment for multi-channel, multi-brand Group activities. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills and focuses on traditional marketing communication including product launch support, exhibitions, internal communications, project management including film briefings and campaigns and liaising with key stakeholder such as the product management team and sales teams.Experience/requirementsGood proven marketing experience within a business-to-business marketing environment, including product administration experience.Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.Excellent communication skills, articulate, diplomatic, self-confident and assertive.Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to tight deadlines.Highly organised (experience in event management).Basic analytical skills.Creativity and content writing skillsKnowledge and level of proficiency in the use of standard IT software packages required.Full driving licence holder, willing to drive company cars.CompetencesExcellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.Accuracy with excellent attention for detail and produce output to a very high standard.Ability to plan effectively.Problem solving and adaptability.Experience of delegationAbility to prioritise accordingly / time management.High level of IT literacy.Negotiation skills, able to use own initiative.Strong team player.Enthusiastic & energetic individual.
