- Manage fuel control practice, trip matrix update analysis, issuance process, and systems.
- Determine and mitigate all future contributing factors to process inconsistency and bring them to the attention of management.
- Implement fuel supply monitoring strategies and activities.
- Review of cash and additional fuel, as well as accurate fuel resolution of variances.
- Formulates fuel-saving measures.
- Oversees and supervises FCT activities during operation to prevent circumstances that may contribute to or cause trip delays.
- Performs other duties that the immediate supervisor may assign.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or any relative field.
- With at least five (5) years of management and Logistics or Fleet Management work-related experience is preferred.
- With above average computer skills and knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in both oral and written skills.
- Knowledgeable in the geographical application, roads, and navigations.
- With strong critical and analytical thinking.
