- Your will contribute and focus primarily on crafting Microsoft centric solutions and as such, with enterprise-level experience, Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Unified Messaging, and end user solutions.
- Strong collaboration and Tier3 Remediation focus of Unified Communications centric network related issues across the Enterprise.
- Provide detailed technical support and provides day-to-day technical incident, problem and configuration support for Teams Platform, voice mail, faxing, video, video recording, audio recording, audio conferencing, contact centre platforms and customer contact management technologies and systems and healthcare specific communication technologies.
- Represent Client Services team in GBS along with IT partnership in Organisational Change and Problem Management Processes.
- Support Voice services over soft, fixed and mobile phones over switched, IP and mobile networks.
- Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master’s degree in IT.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant telecommunications' experience. Experience in a business environment, equivalent with focus in VoIP, Networking and Contact Centre Engineering.
- Domain Guide on following: Unified Communications. Teams Platform, Telephony Over Teams, SBC deployment & maintenance, Integration deployments.
- Experience with collaboration solutions; video, conferencing, recording, and faxing.
- PowerShell Scripting is required to be able to automate and or lead existing scripts used in the daily management of Teams Platform.
- Provide support fixes and lead resolution of operational problems for assigned software or hardware technologies in Unified Communications and telecommunications areas.
- Configuration and address SIP Trunk, Management of Voice routing policy, Auto Attendant, call queue, collaborative calling etc.
- Assist team members with the day-to-day activities related to Unified Communication, support the team in continuous improvement.
- Supports audio visual and video conferencing equipment as it related to integration with Office365 and the Smith & Nephew Video Conferencing team.
- Provide support Teams Devices (Polycom, iPhones, iPads, Android, Neat frame etc). License monitoring & management and AAD user/groups management.
