- Develops and communicates major product characteristics for vehicle diagnostic hardware
- Maintains and updates the team backlog according to the priority of Product Field backlog
- Collect and clarify the customer requirements
- Approves completed stories and ensures customer perceived quality
- Responsible for the artefact of “acceptance criteria” and review quality
- Reviews and contributes to the Product Field vision, roadmap and content presentation
- Close cooperation and synchronization with Product Field Head and other POs
- Contributes in program backlog refinement
- Drafts team specific enablers and features, aggregates them and forwards them to program backlog
- Elaboration of team stories and break down of program features
- Maintenance and refactoring issues in alignment with Product Field Head
- Cooperate with architects to identify enabler
- Participates in team demo and retrospective
- Drives the team's understanding of the End User /Customer (e.g. clarifies the backlog items from End User's perspective)
- Participate in the selection and evaluation of hardware platform solutions, and output comparative analysis reports of competitors
- Cooperate suppliers for hardware production
- Strong domain and technical expertise in vehicle diagnostic area, at least 5 years of related working experience in automotive electronics, including full product life cycle development from concept to production
- Familiar with the development process and certification standards of embedded hardware products
- Strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and teams and visualization of vision and features
- Result-oriented

- Understanding of business management (marketing, sales, controlling, cost-benefit calculation)
- Expertise on agile and lean methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, OKR)

- Good written and oral English.
- Bachelor or Master degree in electrical or electronic engineering, Automation or other relevant discipline.
