- Manage multiple project packages concurrently, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Monitor progress of individual packages and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues effectively through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
- Address stakeholder concerns promptly and proactively seek resolutions to maintain positive relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager in the construction or surveying industry.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) are desirable but not essential.
