- Identifying new opportunities and following up leads.
- Proactively approach decision-makers through cold and warm calling.
- Territory mapping, developing knowledge and information about businesses and the local
- Providing regular feedback on sales activity and lead generation.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Maximising business opportunities through networking.
- Attending and contributing to sales meetings.
- Logging all sales activity on the recruitment database.
- Embracing and behaving in accordance with Acorn's company values.
- Experience in a business-to-business sales background is essential.
- Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
- PC literate with a good standard of IT skills (Microsoft packages etc.)
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- A minimum of 25 days (plus 8 bank holidays) from day one, increasing with length of service. Plus, birthday off and You Day!
