Customer Care Coordinator Job in Chelmsford, Essex, working for a top 10 UK housebuilder for their office in Essex. Our client is looking to speak with experienced customer care professionals, who have an understanding of the property and new-build industry. For this role, they are offering a salary of up to £32,000.Employing over 4,000 people and building over 13,000 homes a year makes our client one of the biggest in the UK. They are now looking to revamp their team in Essex.Role & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate remedial works in line with team SLAs whilst delivering a high quality of customer service
  • Deliver all tasks in accordance with company policies and processes
  • The role of Coordinator will be reporting into the Customer Care Office Manager or Head of Customer Care
  • Handle all incoming communications from customers, whilst acting professionally at all times
  • Maintain relationships with Contractors and Operatives, and monitor the progress of works
  • Provide Administrative support when required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Customer Care
  • Property experience would be advantageous
  • Experience with COINS
  • Literate in IT
  • Full UK Driving License.
