- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with excellent customer support and addressing any inquiries or issues they may have.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favourable to both parties.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plant equipment or machinery industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid driver's license.
