- Attend the client knowledge transfer sessions and use admin guides to equip themselves with knowledge of benefits. (Good comprehension, fast learner)
- Prepare the SOPs that are to be used as training/reference materials for future joiners. (Basic MS Word knowledge)
- Preparation of activity calendars and checklists. (Basic Excel knowledge)
- Understand and execute the admin activities without missing the SLAs. (Ability to effectively use the tools including Assist, SHARP, Benify, Excel)
- Coordinate with other team members and act as a backup for each other.
- 1 year experience would be preferred.
- PC Literacy - Word and Excel (Basic Level)
- Experience in SAP, WD and GreyTip is prefereable.
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to achieve deadlines.
