- Lead on the implementation of strategic initiatives of the Finance Transformation Journey of COMPANY as per the direction and guidance of the Finance Director, covering process, system, metrics & reporting, and stakeholder engagement dimensions.
- Work with the Finance Director and Section Heads to build and implement interventions that improve stakeholder communication and engagement, and increase alignment of financial planning and reporting with business priorities.
- Assess and understand the maturity of the Finance function and execute plans for areas that needs immediate improvement.
- Continuously monitor and measure the progress of initiatives and ensure execution as per the set timelines and pre-determined outcomes.
- Develop/Update Governance Framework and responsibilities on Short/Medium-term Business Planning and Budgeting to improve alignment to business priorities and needs
- Develop, implement and communicate a unified top-down & bottom-up methodology for demand forecasting based on agreed parameters and assumptions boundaries.
- Develop an integrated budget model entailing both expenditures and revenues plan along defined parameters, assumptions, financial and operational data, and external data such as economic, market and industry data.
- Support and enable Procurement and Finance teams to work together to achieve quicks and benefits.
- Lead on implementing digital solutions and investigate other systems to support the finance teams in terms of processing transactional work and reporting, and improving efficiency.
- Analyze post-implementation results, KPIs, and workflow processes.
- Document and monitor success factors across the finance transformation project.
- Develop a change management plan, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships to ease the challenge of implementations.
