Min. 131/2018) operating in the F&B industry and luxury business, has the target to identify the qualified staff to ensure the perfect organization in the development of the business for our customer.We are looking for aMAÎTREWe are looking for a manager with proven experiences in:- undertaking the management of the daily activities of the Restaurant in line with set quality standards (Service, Food & Beverage), local regulations (Health and Safety, Fiscal and Employment), Company Brand Image- ensuring the necessary coordination among different sectors of the Restaurant- contributing to achieve the sales volume and the customer experience and satisfaction- guaranteeing the back of the house activities (financial and staff administration)- planning and managing staff (recruiting, training, rotation, evaluation)- facilitating and strengthening the proper team spiritYou must be a contributor to the Restaurant success working full dedicated and acknowledging the contribution of others, interacting actively with co-workers from other sectors (Reception, Kitchen, F&B Procurement) improving Team Working.Responsibilities
  • Drawing up the weekly and daily plan
  • Guaranteeing the preparation and organization of work activities
  • Verifying the status of the status of all working stations, mise en place, employees and the full respect of Image of the Restaurant
  • Managing the correct functioning of the Dining Room
  • Coordinating the opening operations
  • Monitoring Receptions - Dining Room - Bar - Kitchen integration
  • Guaranteeing the management of delicate and special situations
  • Supervisioning the correct functioning of system order
  • Controlling the preservation of Image standards
  • Guaranteeing the closing operations
  • Contributing to meet the local provisions and regulations
  • Guaranteeing the administrative management
  • Ensuring cash closing & reporting
  • Contributing to the inventories
  • Ensuring management of Human Resources
  • Staff recruitment
  • Time scheduling
  • Staff training
  • Evaluating Staff skills & performance
