- Help pupils access curriculum through your dedicated support
- Create and help with resources
- Raise attainment of the students
- Support the needs of students with SEND
- Work alongside and learn from the teaching team
- Adapt your support style dependant on the students' needs
- Monitor pupil progress
- DBS on the update service or willing to get one
- Prior experience with children - experience of supporting children with SEN needs would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of behaviour management is desirable but not essential
