Applications lacking completed pre-screeners will not be taken into consideration for this position.Job SummaryAchieve Test Prep has a position available for an IT System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software and assist staff with IT-related problem solving as well as set up system requirements for new hires.Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.Roles & Responsibilities
Install and configure software
Set up accounts and monitor compliance to the IT security policy
Troubleshoot issues and promptly resolve queries
Ensure security through access controls, backups and accurate record keeping of account details
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment, and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot remotely.
Have experience with user management of different tools and license management.
Experience with onboarding and offboarding
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
Experience with Google Suite is a must
Experience with Salesforce and RingCentral will be an added advantage
Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to comprehend and communicate in both written and verbal English fluently
