- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and managing the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests and efficient coordination of housekeeping activities.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members and foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
