- Develop, own and manage a pipeline of opportunities at a level to meet the adi Projects Food and Beverage sales plan.
- Work in tandem with the businesses’ Bid Director, develop compelling bids to deliver profitable new business in line with the adi Projects sales plan
- Manage the client interface and relationships attending tender site visits, client meetings, submission interviews, preparation and delivery of presentations
- Collaborate with the adi Projects Operational team to design innovative operational solutions that deliver client requirements, along with compliant tender submissions
- Lead and support opportunities through to financial and commercial closure with the client
- Ensure a smooth hand over to operational team
- An extensive amount of experience within the Food and Beverage Industry, leading as a sales professional.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding persuasion, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate people.
- Management experience, including ability to manage multiple projects and achieve sales quotas.
- Knowledge of competitor research and market trend analysis.
- The ability to show customers and other client stakeholders the company’s value proposition.
