The ideal candidate has deep institutional knowledge and proven experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs and end-to-end implementations of client reporting and asset management platforms. Partners with senior leadership, technology teams, key business stakeholders, and enterprise partners to shape our client-facing and investment management solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business needs, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manages large, complex projects and programs from end-to-endDrive large-scale implementations and enhancements, managing multiple workstreams across business, technology, and vendor teams.Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to execution, delivery, and ongoing enhancements.Define and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.Provides direction to project staff assigned to projects and stages within programEstablishes governance and drives all aspects to ensure that projects are implemented, accepted, and operating effectively in alignment with scope and success criteriaActivate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize project / product opportunities, and establish the vision, charter and roadmap.Defines outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Requirements/Features/Epics and breaks down work into actionable steps to facilitate discovery, design, development and delivery.Partner with senior leadership and key business stakeholders to execute on the strategy for client reporting and investment management platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.Consolidates projects under program or product-level umbrella to provide focal point for communications.Ability to function in both a project management and product management capacityManages communications that are clear and concise.Facilitates steering meetings with executive sponsors, business owners, and other key stakeholders.Responsible for driving the planning and estimation of efforts on new initiatives.Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savingsLead vendor evaluation and management, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of third-party solutionsCollaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights and prioritize scope and requirements.Advocate for the voice of the client, continuously improving user experience, automation and personalization of reporting solutionsTranslates business goals into objectives and key resultsServes as a liaison and builds bridges and relationships with sponsoring executives and among different groups within and outside of technology, operations, the business line, enterprise partners, and external vendors.Participates in the business analysis, test management, and/or implementation processes.Thorough understanding of standard project processes and software development life cycle.Experienced working on both Agile and Waterfall teams.Organizes and manages a high-quality, cross-functional program team by providing work direction and may provide coaching/mentoring to assigned project team members.Identifies, analyzes and interprets business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.Leverage data and analytics to measure platform effectiveness and drive continuous improvementEnsure regulatory and compliance alignment with all requirementsMay directly manage a team of other project managers and/or business analystsBasic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of experience with concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies
