Job Responsibility Repair, install, replace and service machines and equipment in the factory. Inspecting, diagnosing problems, analyzing, and troubleshooting machines and equipment. Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations. Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed. Sourcing replacement parts when IT necessary. To advise to Management to negotiate to supplier to get more compatible prices for replacement parts. Performing preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and avoid breakdowns. Repairing or replacing faulty equipment. Planning and scheduling repairs. Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard. Repairing electrical components such as wiring, switches, and circuit boards. Ensure that all machines comply with minimal safety requirements. To assign any ad-hoc job task from time to time by the Management. Job Requirements With minimum 1 year of working experiences as machinery maintenance technician would be an added advantage. Preferably fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia Preferably fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking directors.
