Job Description:An opportunity for a Customer Acceptance Delivery Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:Support in the achievement of programme objectives to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulation.
Participates in the PATM phase with the purpose to anticipate any risk for the Acceptance & Delivery process.
Support the Acceptance readiness with the Customer until the initial of the Acceptance & Delivery process. Support the Acceptance planning with DC MFT and Customer.
Ensures the status of the Aircraft documentation and closure for every milestone
Lead the coordination and Delivery of Aircraft Customer Items.
Works a constructive customer relationship by fair and consistent treatment. Support the hospitality activities with customers during the Acceptance Process. Collect the voice of the Customer through the Customer Satisfaction Survey , coordinate the answer and follow-up the related improvement actions. Contribute to the Delivery Centre Performance & Improvement initiatives.SKILLS

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in similar roles
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
