They are a premium offering in the highest profile office towers that incorporate spectacular lifestyle elements whist also thoughtful design to encourage conversations, collaboration or quiet contemplation whist conducting businessWhat you’ll do
  • Ensure the office is maintained to the highest standards
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of the office to identify areas for improvement and maintenance
  • Conduct office tours and upsell space to prospective members according to their needs
  • Support members’ move-in and move-out schedules to minimise issues
  • Ensure a warm welcome and fond farewell for all members and visitors to the office
  • Support the Centre Manager in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and sales performance of the office
  • Support with developing best practices & improvements to benefit efficiency and member experience
  • Develop strong relationships with members
  • Assist with events held in the office including breakfasts, training and networking
About you
  • Ideally you will come from a Concierge, Customer Service or similar role to this within a high-end or bespoke environment
  • Proven track record in servicing clients, objection handling and negotiation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; confident interacting with vendors, speakers and cross-company teams at all different levels of seniority
  • Take pride in your presentation and have a keen eye for detail
