We work in partnership with the individual, parents and families and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.The job holder must have the right values, be friendly and have a positive approach, previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given. There is a requirement to be flexible, to be part of a rota which comprises working weekends, bank holidays on an early and late basis with occasional sleep-in shifts.Support provided consists of all aspects of daily living (personal care, food preparation, administration of medication and managing finances).The service operates over 24 hours.
