- Raise /manage a portfolio of INR 5cr for the organisation across themes. Which includes developing unique value propositions for potential champions and managing end to end strategic partnership.
- Support the development of an effective donor engagement strategy leveraging existing fundraising teams and other themes. make a timebound roadmap to implement the same.
- Write, build, and submit concept notes, budgets, proposals & reports. Make grant estimates and align funding opportunities accordingly. and additional materials as needed. Ensure our partners can scale impact most efficiently. Engage Board and Connectors to build a pipeline of new prospects and service leads generated through the pull factor.
- Manage end to end donor stewardship.
- Actively engage with diverse set of team members.
- Ensure that all activities are duly recorded in Salesforce and an updated database/information is maintained.
- Support team members to build a culture of excellence in acquisitions.
- Other duties as necessary.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles. Previous experience working in the development/education sector or sectoral exposure to corporates/foundations/worked with HNIs with fundraising experiences (preferred).
- Sound understanding of corporate giving ecosystem in the country.
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Experience in analytical skills, and a strategic decision maker.
- Complete understanding of CSR domain & latest trend.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational financial reports as well as project and program budgets.
- Strong numeric skills & should be well conversant with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
- A passion for social justice and a commitment to organisation' mission and values.
- Flexibility to travel in-country for donor meetings.
