Job Title: Domiciliary Care AssistantLocation: Solihull & Surrounding AreasPay/Salary: £13.00 - £13.80 p/hr + mileageHours of work: Part-time, availability must be flexible.Training: Full training providedJob Description:As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Bright Dawn Home Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
Building strong relationships with clients
Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations

Qualities we're looking for:

Compassion and empathy towards others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

Current UK Driving License and your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Good standard of oral and written communication skills
Flexibility – must be available to work early mornings, evenings and alternative weekends.
