TITLE: Environmental Service TechnicianHIRING SALARY: $15.00 per hourHOURS: 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 5PM - 10PM, Weekends as NeededCONTACT: Michael Trim via email atMAJOR FUNCTION: The Environmental Service Technician maintains the cleanliness of the campus by vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing classrooms, offices, employee dining, and bathrooms. The Environmental Service Tech assists in the set up and moving of furniture, replaces supplies, and empties trash. The position maintains and stores equipment and order supplies for his or her assigned area.MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and demonstration of sufficient communication skills to safely and effectively perform service functions. Must have a valid driver license.SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING: Bending, Standing, Twisting, Pushing and Reaching, Ability to periodically lift or carry a minimum of 75 pounds, Mop, Bucket/Wringer, Trash, Recycling Materials, Vacuum Cleaning, Restrooms and Other Job Tasks. This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
