Randstad are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Asphalt labourer with a HR/MR truck licence to join Australia’s leading provider of road services with a household name company.With the depot based in Eastern Creek, the successful candidate will be working as part of the road maintenance crew for this Tier 1 organisation.With an immediate start and view to go permanent, these roles are not one to be missed!About the role:

Assist in excavation, preparation, and placement of Asphalt and Concrete
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project timelines are met
Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines
Perform tasks related to asphalting and civil labouring as directed by supervisors
Driving the truck to and from sites, assisting with Spraying and asphalting functions
Climbing in/ out of truck, on/ off mobile plant, with the completion of prestarts and checks
Carrying tools, equipment, materials from trucks

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to possess the following:

Previous experience working as an asphalt labourer or road industry
Construction induction card / white card
Current and valid driver MR or HR license (must)
Tickets – Skid Steer, Roller, Loader tickets (preferable)
Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour tasks
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Hard working, can do attitude working in a team
