- Influence product strategy and roadmap by partnering closely with Product, informed by customer insights
- Define success metrics for products and features, ensuring long-term lifecycle management and adoption
- Help build, refine and iterate on the go-to-market strategy for product launches, working cross functionally across the organisation
- Own the definition, tracking and reporting of key performance indicators for product launches and ongoing product success, collaborating with RevOps, marketing analytics, and product ops.
- Act as a key point of contact for communicating GTM updates with cross functional leadership and teams
- Alongside the VP, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategies for pricing, packaging, and promotion of our products that differentiate Cognism; highlight our value, impact, and ROI; and drive awareness, generate demand, cross sell, upsell and revenue growth
- Alongside the VP, create a centre of excellence for market and buying persona research, customer insights, and positioning and messaging at Cognism
- Play a key role in defining and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Leverage market research, customer insights, and campaign performance data to continuously validate targeting strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling content and campaigns that reinforce our positioning and messaging
- Partner with Sales and CS enablement to activate Go-to-Market teams to support current solution selling and new product/feature launches
- Partner with regional marketing teams and/or external partners to ensure effective execution of localised product marketing initiatives
- Build strong relationships with industry analysts, relevant media, and customers to share our vision for the future of work, the Sales Intelligence tech landscape, and our platform
- Keep the company up-to-date with market trends
- Develop sales tools and enablement that will increase sales productivity and support campaign operations along with the other areas of marketing
- Further establish value for the product marketing organisation by building strong partnerships with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Sales Enablement,
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows that span the sales and product development cycle
- Deep B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with an emphasis on value-based messaging for global solutions
- Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution
- Experience evaluating product-market fit and influencing roadmap, and launch timelines based on ability to deliver compelling products to market
- Focus on buyer and customer journeys, developing messaging that speaks not to features and functions, but rather meets potential and current customers where they are
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, leading by example to drive a culture of cross-functional transparency and understanding
- Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy
- Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Competitive base salary dependent on level of experience
