- Lead creation of financial plan across Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet for the group
- Work alongside the leadership team to build annual forecasts as well as support on long term strategic planning
- Create variance analysis reports and financial models to provide data driven insights to management
- Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
- Proactively recommend strategies for increasing financial performance
- Prepare and present detailed monthly financial reports to managers
- Collaborate with senior members of the accounting and finance teams
- Participate in other projects as required
- Accomplish of any other professional task assigned by the direct superior and/or the Management
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or similar finance function and proven knowledge of FP&A processes
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required
- Excellent computer skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
- Experience in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills, knowledge of PowerPoint
- Knowledge of other finance tools, including OneStream, Dynamics365, PowerBI, SQL or similar
- Able to prioritize and to work under pressure and time constraints
- Self-starter and team player with a proactive attitude
- Fluent in English
- International experience a plus
- Ability to perform a high degree of financial analysis to help interpret financial data
- Ability to be hands-on in approach, not shying away from getting deep in the detail when necessary
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and customer focused, solution oriented with strong professional skepticism - you like to challenge the existing status quo
- Passionate and curious person with drive, willingness to make things happen in a fast moving and multi-cultural environment
