  • Lead the health research ecosystem.
  • Source and identify exceptional targets for scientific philanthropy funding, with a focus on health research.
  • Contribute to strategy development and co-build impactful initiatives for the AXA Research Fund.
  • Oversee institutional relationships with a selected pool of partners, ensuring alignment and compliance.
  • Develop a wider ecosystem of scientific philanthropy by fostering partnerships with other foundations and decision-making bodies.
  • Valorize science by building a strong network of experts, organizing events, and supporting advocacy actions.
  • Encourage impactful collaboration between AXA and the academia world to support our sustainability strategy.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent with 3 to 5 years’ experience in science, philanthropy, or academia
  • Genuine interest in current health challenges and knowledge of insurance (AXA knowledge is a plus)
  • Fluent in English and French with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, take initiative, and work autonomously.
