- You'll be a member of the cross-functional task force team responsible for handling crisis situations related to supply chain issues
- Task force activities take precedence over day-to-day business operations and directly report to the Head of SCM
- As the SCM Task Force Lead, you'll have the authority to lead activities regardless of organizational reporting lines or hierarchies and you'll also have exposure to senior management levels
- You'll handle dedicated tasks and demonstrate flexibility by actively engaging in concrete crisis situations
- Facilitate the escalation of critical items both internally and externally
- Ensure a clear information flow to management by actively requesting data and information from suppliers, customers, and internal interfaces
- Define tasks with clear responsibilities and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and addressing issues promptly
- Foster transparency, communication, and information flow between teams
- Develop tools and templates to enhance process execution efficiency
- Degree as Bachelor in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Technical field or equivalent
- Min 5-years' experience in supply chain management, purchasing, project management, preferably in automotive industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good communication, analytic thinking, self-starter skills, independent systematic working style, pro-active & creative
- Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing)
- Ability to work in diverse global teams and for travelling
- Excellent MS Office skills
- SAP working experience would be an asset
