which builds products in collaboration with the larger global team.As an associate product manager for Pendo Listen, you'll be responsible for building tools that help our customers transform product feedback into insights they can use to improve their own software experiences.Pendo Listen captures qualitative data and combines it with analytics data to give product teams an understanding of what their users do and why they do it.
You'll work with senior product managers, product operations, and engineering to develop capabilities that take advantage of this unique data set.Product Managers at Pendo build products for Product Managers and their peers working in enterprise-scale organizations.

The team is located in Sheffield, UK, work model will be 2-3 days a week in the office.Role Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert and advocate for Pendo Listen and support the development of the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop an understanding of the competition and ways to differentiate Pendo Listen
- Work with the senior product manager and product leadership to identify opportunities to deliver outcomes to our customers that positively impact Pendo's business growth goals.
- Conduct product discovery activities such as user interviews and leverage qualitative & quantitative data to identify and solve customer challenges.
- Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and go-to-market teams to deliver new features from ideation through execution and launch.
- Assesses business and customer requirements matches these requirements to objectives, and guides teams through execution and delivery.
- 2+ Years of product management experience
- Experience working in the b2b SaaS space in a product management role
- Involvement in the end-to-end process of bringing new features to market with (from inception to launch) in the b2b space
- Previous experience with Pendo or other tools for product managers and their teams, especially in the AI/ML qualitative analysis space
- Experience working with user research and design teams and their tool set (e.g Figma, Dovetail or similar)
