*Providing health education to patients on various topics, including disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
*Undertake ECG's and fit 24hr holter monitors.
*Understanding of basic wound care techniques and suture/staple removal would also be advantageous.
*Skills in completing spirometry would also be valued.
*An interest in completing annual Health Assessments according to patient age and need is necessary.
*A willingness to work as part of a team with our patient's goals in sight is mandatory, and foresight to engage them in their healthcare by making ongoing appointments as required to promote optimum health.
*Knowledge of vaccinations and the National Immunisation Program would be beneficial, as would administration of IM and S/C injections.
*Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
*Familiarity with Best Practice software would be advantageous, or the ability to learn on the job.
