- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people.
- Support an individual or group of students in traditional and non-traditional learning environments.
- Act as a role model and mentor, offering a supportive approach.
- Assist students with personal care, physical needs, and medical requirements, promoting independence.
- Implement specific educational programmes for young people.
- Facilitate activities for small groups of students with identified needs.
- Document observations on students' behaviour and progress.
