You will support them by removing barriers that may impede their ability to access the curriculum, engage in learning, and realise their full potential.RequirementsWe welcome applications from candidates with previous experience working with young people or supporting others in various sectors. However, a strong motivation to work with and improve outcomes for young people is essential.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people.
  • Support an individual or group of students in traditional and non-traditional learning environments.
  • Act as a role model and mentor, offering a supportive approach.
  • Assist students with personal care, physical needs, and medical requirements, promoting independence.
  • Implement specific educational programmes for young people.
  • Facilitate activities for small groups of students with identified needs.
  • Document observations on students' behaviour and progress.
