- Relevant experience working with children, preferably within an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and with pupils of varying abilities.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
