Salary: TA - NJC Grade 3, SCP 3 - 4, £22,737 - £23,114 p.a.pro rata
MDM - NJC Grade 2, SCP2-3, £22,366 to £22,737 p.a pro rata

Both roles require flexibility in your approach and understanding of the children and require you to work closely with the class teacher to support the children .Role A is a general classroom assistant supporting small groups and working 1 to 1 with children.Role B will be more focused on working with children with special educational needs, more often than not on a 1 to 1 basis, and sometimes in small groups.Both roles are challenging and rewarding, seeing the children you support flourish to their full potential.
