- Deliver “WELL” service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
- Works closely with club chef to determine the needs for goods of the club.
- Organize, maintain and enter invoices within the inventory management system.
- Ensure par levels are properly managed, and waste is limited.
- Establish a highly standardized and reputable vendor relationship.
- Communicate with all team members to ensure goods are up to par.
- Develop ordering, receiving, transferring, par stock and inventory control processes across all zones.
- Monitor and manage physical inventory verification and provide updated reporting to the club chef.
- Discussing and defining prioritized criteria.
- Properly code and submit all invoices for payment.
- Perform end of month inventory
- Greet every member and team member with “WELL” standards and set a positive tone for every interaction.

- Deliver the company experience for guests and employees.
- Ensure that the Club delivers the company experience by reviewing Club operations from the
- Maintain par levels of stock and complete requisitions for additional supplies as appropriate.
- Maintain and research pricing for all purchased goods.
- Maintain all records needed for accounting.
- Manage the operation of the purchasing department; train employees on proper goods receiving and storage methods.
- Keep purchasing and storage areas clean and organized as per the chef’s standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of culinary and/or purchasing experience preferred
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Serve Safe (required to be up to date within 90 days of hire)
- Stands and walks for 90% of workday.
- Lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and upward reaching.
- Works in a kitchen environment with temperature fluctuations.
- Uses computer 10% of shift.
