The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.We are inviting you to apply for the Guest Service Manager position.The Guest Service Manager is responsible for the resort-wide, overall levels of Guest Satisfaction. The Guest Service Manager directly supervises the Bell Staff and Concierge team. The Guest Service Manager is a working supervisor in respect to all departments and works in partnership with the Front Office Manager to achieve desired results.Additionally, the Guest Servies Manager directly supervises, Door/Bell, and Concierge staff in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.We require that you have background, consisting of a minimum of four years of previous Front Office/or Guest Service supervisory experience with at least two years of this experience in a progressive management level. Experience with properties (Hotels and Resorts) more than 500 rooms preferred.
