Focused on building out and managing the GROW Model within Lattice by functional departments with the organization. Facilitation, when necessary, but not the primary focus of this role. Creatively designing learning opportunities for employees within a classroom as well as out of the classroom that align to the skill identified for career growth.   • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives, content scope, and assessment strategies.
  • Develop curriculum frameworks, scope and plans that promote learning and achievement.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including facilitator guides, presentations, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.
  • Incorporate diverse instructional strategies, such as project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and differentiated instruction, to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Ensure alignment of content with business objectives
  • Design instructional strategies and learning experiences that promote active learning, critical thinking, and skill development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and instructional practices through formative and summative assessments.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing curriculum revisions and improvements based on learner outcomes and feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including talent management team members, subject matter experts and department stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design principles, instructional strategies, and educational theories.
  • Strong presentation development skills to include video and other multimedia sources
  • Ability to create learning opportunities within the context of a job to support our 70-20-10 learning philosophy
  • Proficiency in learning technology tools and learning management systems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
