As the Head of Marketing for Taiwan, you will lead and oversee all marketing initiatives in the region. You will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Taiwanese market.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide marketing efforts.
  • Oversee budget allocation and performance tracking for marketing campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team for high performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in Taiwan.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and audience preferences.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
