- This role primarily involves office administration and ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company are supported
- Support business unit heads in general HR and finance functions
- Collaborating with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office supplies procurement, office product orders, business card printing, team mail distribution, courier services, and office maintenance.
- Providing support to other departments as required (e.g. event planning, projects) as needed.
- Working with colleagues in Singapore in rolling out / adherence to policies and processes.
- To take on any ad-hoc assignment
- Higher Diploma or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and a problem-solver with a proactive approach
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
