Then, please read on!What can you expect from the position?As a Project Manager, you will be prepared to work independently as a project leader and take operational responsibility for certain projects on-site. Initially, the focus will be on the daily monitoring of the administrative and financial flow with the necessary reporting. Gradually, you will also perform more operational and commercial tasks for construction sites. Your tasks are extensive and include:
  • Maintaining daily project administration (from order to invoicing) and providing necessary reports
  • Ensuring efficient deployment of personnel and resources on-site
  • Co-responsibility for budget monitoring
  • Coordinating employees and being the point of contact for issues, illness, scheduling, etc. Encouraging teamwork with a coaching approach!
  • Safety of employees is Altrad's top value. Therefore, you also ensure proper compliance with safety regulations and address colleagues who do not comply
  • Organizing site meetings and providing necessary follow-ups and briefings regarding train regulations, client requirements, business unit manager instructions, etc.
  • Actively participating in improvement projects on-site to ensure the best service for the client!
Are you the new colleague we're looking for?
  • You have completed a technical education at bachelor level or equivalent through experience.
  • You have an analytical mindset and derive energy from daily problem-solving.
  • You are flexible both in tasks and hours.
  • You can multitask and remain stress-resistant.
  • You are administratively strong.
  • You are a fluent communicator and can express yourself well in Dutch, English, and French, both orally and in writing.
  • You can work proficiently with Excel.
  • You possess a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one in the short term.
