- Create a financial literacy and inclusion strategy to increase USBA business finance knowledge and advance growth opportunities for BBA and small business community members
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders to identify, drive and scale financial literacy to benefit Black and undiscovered business owners
- Drive a pan-Amazon group focused on financial inclusion to collaborate and develop relevant financial products
- Create, optimize and drive adoption of critical mechanisms required to ensure long term expansion and success of a financial literacy program
- Track and report learnings and effectiveness to internal stakeholders
- Work with partner team to develop and report metrics and KPIs that will inform improvements
- Represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders to help them understand the decisions they have to make and what options they have
- Look around corners to sport emerging issues and proactively lead the development and execution of new opportunities
- Drive cross-functional and cross-regional alignment to achieve strategic capital goals

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA, or Master's degree

The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
