Responsibilities:
- Consult with cross function stakeholder groups to assess and analyze learning and training needs, assists in the recommendation process to decision-makers, identifies delivery methods and implements plans accordingly.
- Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships and work processes
effectiveness. * Use learning expertise and the available learning tools to develop innovative materials and experiences along the 70/20/10 spectrum of continuous learning: on-the-job learning, assessment/coaching and traditional learning.
- Establish centralized and functional learning structure on ZEN for the given organization.
- Determine metrics and key skill indicators to measure success and sustainability of programs and
- Develop the global and regional processes for the deployment of learning programs.
- Captures current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations.
- Manage the lifecycle of a learning content.
- Excellent knowledge of ZEN and other training tools and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of quality tools and techniques including basic statistics.
- Very Good knowledge of MS office components and Excel.
