Job DescriptionJob Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Pershore
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annumWe are currently seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team in Pershore. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and possess strong data entry skills. If you have a background in accounts payable and receivable functions and are proficient in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or similar systems, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant education in accounting/finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or similar systems
  • AAT qualified, or working towards ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification
