- Manage and expand client relationships
- Carry out Market Prospection, to increase our Clients database, through the identification of potential clients and expansion of the existing range of services.
- Monitoring the existing client portfolio, Managing the Relationship with the Clients, and submitting candidates for their different opportunities.
- Negotiate the hiring of consultants, develop new perspectives of their career evolution and their salary conditions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Participate in the Training of new Business Managers and IT recruiters
- Knowledge of the Portuguese market
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and a team player
