- Beverage systems responsibility for Sales, Margin and relevant cost lines including:
- Monthly performance analysis - vs PY, Vs Budget and keys to execute including insightful commentary
- Margin analysis - key issues on Sku's and whether sits with pricing or operations teams
- Flash performance monthly/ weekly
- Plant performance and risks with operations teams
- Support and co-ordinate Commercial effectiveness for beverage systems across:
- Daily / Weekly opportunity meetings
- Monthly analysis of effectiveness with central team
- Tracking of wins/ losses with central teams
- Lead the annual budget for the business, informing SIP targets for commercial teams
- Owner of all forecasting and budgeting process for beverage systems in conjunction with sales teams, central teams and pricing teams
- Ad hoc financial and commercial analysis presented in clear concise and insightful manner for business decision making with leadership team
- Challenge sales and margin performance vs budget and prior year with sales teams and operations teams
- Support key stakeholders in the business with any analysis/ projects/initiatives/presentations as needed
- Support other executive and leadership meeting agendas (e.g. Quarterly Exec meetings) including presentation material, analyses, and support.
