Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who is looking to gain valuable experience in the field of HR. Qualifications And Skills Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR Knowledge of PF and ESI regulations Experience in payroll processing Understanding of HR policies and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Roles And Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating databases Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee attendance records Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews Respond to employee inquiries and provide information and assistance as needed Assist with employee performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and conducting employee satisfaction surveys Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
