- Collaborate with the executive team to shape and drive organizational change initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning and talent management efforts to ensure the organization is prepared for future growth.
- Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop programs to enhance employee retention, including career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that emphasizes inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
- Manage employee recognition and reward programs to promote high performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including HR administration, payroll, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends to inform decision-making.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Create leadership development initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Drive DEI initiatives across the organization to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Develop strategies to address biases and promote equal opportunities in the workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- - 6 to 8 YOE years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in strategic HR management and organizational development.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the travel or technology industry is a plus.
