National Account Manager (Coffee & Vending Services)

- Demonstrate key account leadership (maintenance, growth development and rebid) of the top strategic customers across Canada
- Maintain customer relationships with key accounts
- Develop and execute growth initiatives in these key accounts
- Respond to RFP and contract renewals in these key accounts
- Site visits for growth opportunities and regular business reviews
- Own the customer relationship and be the primary contact
- Upsell current services
- At least 5 years of experience in account management
- Have a positive mindset, solution driven, approach challenges with optimism, see problems as opportunities to improve
- Have a strong ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and database management
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good business acumen that enables you to quickly understand and deal with situations that lead to a favorable outcome
- Must be able to travel to client sites
- Coffe/refreshment/Hospitality background preferred
