Let’s continue moving forward, together.Job SummaryHow you will make an impact: As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and building relationships, acting as the front-line contact between the company and the client.As a National Account Manager, you will:
  • Demonstrate key account leadership (maintenance, growth development and rebid) of the top strategic customers across Canada
  • Maintain customer relationships with key accounts
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives in these key accounts
  • Respond to RFP and contract renewals in these key accounts
  • Site visits for growth opportunities and regular business reviews
  • Own the customer relationship and be the primary contact
  • Upsell current services
About you:
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management
  • Have a positive mindset, solution driven, approach challenges with optimism, see problems as opportunities to improve
  • Have a strong ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and database management
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good business acumen that enables you to quickly understand and deal with situations that lead to a favorable outcome
  • Must be able to travel to client sites
  • Coffe/refreshment/Hospitality background preferred
