As a leader in their field, they are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Accountant to join their dynamic accounting team.   • Oversee the end-to-end processes of Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor management, petty cash handling, expense claims, payment processing, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of AP operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to various Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, such as AR entries, generating ageing reports, and reconciling customer accounts.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous full-time experience or internship in an accounting role is considered advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
