- An Engineer Degree or Master's degree in Mechanics and/or Electronics;
- A strong knowledge in patent laws and procedures in Europe, knowledge about other countries’ Laws is an advantage;
- The candidate should have a University degree at Intellectual Property, ideally having a Patent Attorney certification;
- A significant Experience in patent portfolio management and in FTO matters; experience in IP litigations would be a strong advantage;
- Fluent English is mandatory;
- Team player with good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
