- Prepare the works and coordinate temporary works design for all temporary structures linked to TBM assembly and launch (TBM shield cradle, TBM back up cradle, thrust frame, etc.)
- Procure and plan the temporary works linked to the TBM assembly and launch (steel structures, etc.)
- Coordinate procurement for the designated work area and relevant suppliers.
- Coordinate construction elements for the designated work area.
- Manage a team of shift engineers/coordinator on one single slurry boring machine (7m diameter)
- Manage the short and long term construction planning for works under control including submittals, start-up planning and programming.
- Review and approve Shift Production Reports using internal report software.
- Measure materials usage and provide quantity information for preparation of material requisitions.
- Review and approve tracking of Muck Haulage quantities and compare with TBM Scales Recordings for system calibration.
- Assist the Construction Manager in preparing accurate monthly reports.
- Develop and monitor KPI and productivity analysis against program and budget.
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working on a TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) project
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in delivery of working on, and delivery on, key infrastructure projects.
- Experience with developing methodologies to ensure compliance with the scope of works and technical criteria.
- Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 12 weeks ahead, including weekly reporting on progress against plan and cost.
- Experience developing SHEQ process and procedures and management of others in conducting SHEQ process and procedures.
- Self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong coordination and organization skills, with strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, alliance partners, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
